Kim Ha-seong of the Atlanta Braves in Major League Baseball has recorded an on-base streak for three consecutive games.

Starting as the ninth-batter shortstop in a home game against the Colorado Rockies at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia, Kim went hitless in three at-bats while being hit by a pitch.

Having his consecutive-game hitting streak halted at two, Kim's season batting average dipped slightly to .084 (7 hits in 83 at-bats).

After stepping up as a pinch hitter in the game against the Los Angeles Dodgers on the 27th to hit a walk-off single and returning to the starting lineup against Colorado on the 28th to go 1-for-3, Kim earned a starting opportunity for the second consecutive day.

He reached base after being hit by a pitch in his first at-bat, but failed to record a hit in his subsequent three plate appearances.

Kim showed stable defense, including turning a double play in the second inning.

Except for Kim, all eight other starting hitters for Atlanta recorded hits as they defeated Colorado 6 to 4.
