Cheong Wa Dae has announced that it will request Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae to re-nominate a candidate for Supreme Court justice.

Kang Yu-jung, Senior Presidential Spokesperson for Public Relations, made the announcement, explaining that the administration does not plan to submit the confirmation motion for Supreme Court justice nominee Son Bong-ki, who was recommended by the Chief Justice, to the National Assembly.
