A vehicle driving down the road in the middle of the night suddenly slows down and comes to a stop.

Upon closer look, a baby can be seen crawling right in the middle of the road.

This incident took place in Noida, India.

Thanks to the driver's quick emergency braking, a major accident was narrowly avoided.

When the driver honked the horn several times, a woman slowly approached and picked up the baby.

After the footage was released, praise poured in for the driver's prompt response, while fierce criticism was directed at the guardian who left the baby alone on the road.
