Have you ever hesitated over whether or not to purchase in-flight Wi-Fi?
Soon, passengers will be able to use the internet for free on airplanes.
Korean Air is transitioning its in-flight Wi-Fi service to be completely free of charge.
All passengers, regardless of their seat class, will be able to use Wi-Fi for free.
Furthermore, by introducing Starlink-based satellite internet, which offers faster speeds than before, passengers are expected to not only send and watch messages but also view videos such as YouTube.
Korean Air is currently conducting final inspections with the goal of introducing the service early next month, and plans to expand the applicable aircraft sequentially.
