A wife has been arrested by police for stabbing her husband with a weapon during an argument.

The Incheon Bupyeong Police Station announced today (the 26th) that they have arrested and are currently investigating a woman in her 30s, identified as A, in the act of a crime for stabbing her husband.

A is suspected of stabbing her husband, B, once in the abdomen with a weapon at around 12:30 a.m. today at their home in Sipjeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

The injured husband, B, has been transported to a hospital where he is receiving treatment.

Police are reviewing whether to apply charges of attempted murder or special bodily injury against A, as well as whether to request an arrest warrant.
