Complaints about inter-floor noise from a downstairs resident began late last year. Although the informant's family laid down floor mats and tried to be careful in their daily lives, the downstairs neighbor's complaints escalated into verbal abuse and kicking the front door.

CCTV footage even captured the neighbor striking the front door with a rubber mallet. As the situation continued even after police reports were filed, the informant's family ultimately chose to move out, with a full year remaining on their lease. The downstairs resident has been sent to the prosecution on stalking charges.
