The unveiled profiles of the cast members on "My Remaining Romance" and a groundbreaking rule change completely shook up the lovelines.

In the 4th episode of the SBS dating reality show "My Remaining Romance," which aired on the 24th, the ages and occupations of the eight young participants were revealed for the first time, triggering a massive tectonic shift in the couple landscape.

Jung Ye-ji (born in 1998) is an in-house corporate announcer and traffic broadcaster, while Kim Na-young (born in 1994) is an actor and Chinese language instructor. Kim Sun-ho (born in 1999) was revealed to be a firefighter trainee, and Han Do-gon (born in 1991) works as a cafe consultant and model. Seo Ro-bin (born in 2000) is a job seeker in the food marketing field, and Kim Jong-eun (born in 1998) is preparing to re-enter the workforce after resigning as a safety manager.

In particular, the youngest participant, Kang Min-young (born in 2003), drew attention by arriving in a supercar as a clothing business CEO, while Kim Ryun-ki (born in 2000) delivered a surprising twist by revealing his occupation as a defense industry researcher developing systems for self-propelled artillery, armored vehicles, and missiles.

Their journeys of pushing forward toward their dreams after battling illnesses left a deep resonance. After realizing the finitude of life, Jung Ye-ji challenged herself to pursue her once-distant dream of becoming an announcer, and Kim Na-young confessed that she suspended her hearing treatment for filming after passing an audition. Kim Sun-ho dreamed of becoming a firefighter after seeing the medical staff who cared for him, and Kim Jong-eun has been continuing her new challenge by acquiring five certifications even after leaving her job due to illness.

However, following the profile reveals, age gaps and occupational realities began to sway their hearts, and the newly applied "Room of Time" rule (where dates are secured when the combined time reaches 110 minutes or more) created a cruel twist of fate. Han Do-gon allocated 80 minutes and Seo Ro-bin 20 minutes, totaling only 100 minutes and resulting in a heartbreaking missed date by a mere 10-minute difference.

The biggest twist erupted between Kim Sun-ho and Jung Ye-ji. Unlike Kim Sun-ho, who split his time, Jung Ye-ji went all-in by giving 100 minutes to Han Do-gon, dramatically securing a date. Left alone in the house, Kim Sun-ho belatedly regretted his actions, saying he had been "arrogant," while his misunderstanding with Jung Ye-ji deepened.

Amidst the crossed paths, a new current was also captured. Seo Ro-bin proposed going out to Kim Sun-ho, who was by himself, and threw a bold and direct remark by asking, "Did you know your smile is really pretty?", raising expectations for the future direction of the romance to a fever pitch.
