Police are investigating the deaths of two men who were found dead in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province.

According to police and fire authorities today (the 21st), a report was received at around 10:00 a.m. today stating that "a person fell" at an apartment building in Uijeongbu.

The man who fell, identified as A, was transported to a hospital by emergency services (119) but ultimately died.

Upon checking A's home, police discovered another man, identified as B, dead inside the residence with bleeding injuries.

Men A and B are known to be in their 40s to 50s.

Because they lived in the same home, they are presumed to be family members, though their exact relationship has not yet been confirmed.

Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident by questioning bereaved family members and neighbors.
