A delivery drone appears overhead with a loud roar.

A resident who had been eagerly waiting for their first drone delivery watched the scene unfold with excitement while holding a camera.

A moment later, however, the package dropped by the drone plops right into the middle of a swimming pool.

This incident took place in Texas, USA.

Instead of receiving a convenient delivery, the resident unexpectedly had to grab a net and go "package fishing" in the pool.

Hailed as an innovation in delivery, it seems that achieving the perfect doorstep delivery to our front yards will still take a little more time.
