Late last night (August 20) at around 11:10 PM, an SUV crashed into a 30-ton specialized tow truck that was preparing to transport a broken-down vehicle near the Julpo Interchange on the Seoul-bound Seohaean Expressway in Julpo-myeon, Buan-gun, North Jeolla Province.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident.

Police believe the SUV driver was driving under the influence and are currently investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
