13 Runs in 7th Inning Alone... Lotte Pulls Off Massive Comeback Win

Professional baseball team Lotte has pulled off a hard-to-believe, massive comeback victory. The batting lineup showed incredible late-game resilience by scoring a whopping 13 runs in the 7th inning alone, rewriting the club's history.

Trailing Kiwoom 8-0 in the 7th inning with bases loaded and no outs, Lotte's Hwang Seong-bin opens the curtain for the dramatic comeback with a 2-RBI double.

Afterward, Reyes hit an RBI single, and Han Dong-hee blasted his 15th grand slam of the season, narrowing the gap to just 1 run.

In the ensuing chance, Lotte turned the game around with Son Sung-bin's 2-RBI double, and added 4 more runs through successive hits by Na Seung-yup, Reyes, and Han Dong-hee, taking a 13-8 lead by 5 runs.

Scoring 13 runs in a single inning is a first in Lotte club history and tied for the 2nd most in league history.

Lotte defeated Kiwoom 15-10 to extend their winning streak to 2 games.

In the bottom of the 8th inning with Samsung and SSG tied 1-1, Samsung's Choi Hyeong-woo hit a home run for the second consecutive game, reaching the unprecedented milestones of 2,700 hits and 4,600 total bases.

However, in the top of the 9th inning, SSG batters scored 4 runs to flip the game, winning 5-4 and extending their winning streak to 2 games.
