Rapper Swings, whose real name is Moon Ji-hoon, shared his thoughts on making his screen debut in the movie 'Tazza: Beelzebub's Song.'
Attending the production presentation for 'Tazza: Beelzebub's Song' held at CGV Yongsan in Seoul on the morning of August 18, Moon introduced himself by his real name rather than his stage name and said, "I appear as an outlaw and a terrifying figure in 'Beelzebub's Song.'"
Correcting some reports that his role was known as 'Hama,' he stated, "The character I played is Abraham."
Moon, who is making his screen debut through this project, shared his feelings about finishing his first film shoot, saying, "Everything was new to me since it was my first time doing a movie. That was true when filming in Korea, and it was true during the overseas shoots as well. We went to Vietnam for filming in the winter, but it was summer there. Doesn't your mood change when the environment changes? It was just so much fun. It was a truly grateful experience."

Ahead of his debut as a film actor, Moon expressed his sincere determination, saying, "I've been making music for 20 years, but I've also loved movies for a long time. After I decided to try acting, I got cast in six months. I thought it would take about five years... Since I received more blessings compared to my effort, I think I need to be more humble."
Director Choi Kook-hee, who helmed the film, shared the casting behind-the-scenes story: "I thought the character Abraham should appear briefly but powerfully. We held a lot of auditions, but everyone felt a bit lacking. Meanwhile, I was having a meal with actor Byun Yo-han, and he showed me a video of (Moon) Ji-hoon's acting. After that, we held an audition."
'Tazza: Beelzebub's Song' is a crime film about Jang Tae-young (Byun Yo-han), who thought he had the world in the palm of his hand through an online casino business, and his best friend with the same name, Park Tae-young (Noh Jae-won), who took everything away from him, meeting again in a global gambling ring for a round of revenge. It is known as the final installment of the 'Tazza' series and the work most cherished by comic artist Huh Young-man, who wrote the original work.
The movie opens on September 23.
