Actor Jung Hae-in appears on "Whenever Possible," showcasing his exceptional drive and proving himself to be a true "son of Dongjak."
In the episode of the SBS variety show "Whenever Possible," airing tonight, August 18, at 9:00 PM KST, the "Two Yoo" MCs Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok, along with "gap friend" actors Jung Hae-in and Heo Sung-tae, will visit the nooks and crannies of Dongjak-gu in Seoul to spread good fortune.
Having lived in Dongjak-gu for nearly 30 years, Jung Hae-in showed great confidence, saying, "My map app is packed with nearby restaurants." Jung displayed extraordinary momentum by smoothly handling everything from scanning for restaurants and making reservations to checking dessert shop break times.
In response, Yoo Jae-suk burst into exclamation, saying, "As expected from the son of Dongjak, your movements are fast." Impressed by the smart teamwork of the "official navigator" Yoo Yeon-seok and Jung Hae-in, he added, "With Yeon-seok and Hae-in here, we are invincible," bringing laughter to the set.
Jung Hae-in also drew attention by revealing that he is the proud owner of the "Daedong Matjido," a comprehensive collection of nationwide restaurant information bestowed upon him by "food professor" Lee Young-ja. Sharing his excitement, Jung said, "I was so happy to receive the gift. I keep it safely stored in my safe," describing the sketchbook meticulously filled with culinary intel. Yoo Jae-suk could not hide his envy, remarking, "Noona really cherishes Hae-in."
Proving its buzzworthy popularity by ranking first in its time slot and placing high on Netflix's Top 10 series charts since the premiere of Season 5, "Whenever Possible" will air tonight, August 18, at 9:00 PM KST.
