Some trains are bypassing Seoul Station without stopping due to a subway boarding protest by the Solidarity Against Disability Discrimination (SADD) starting at 8:49 a.m. today (August 18).

SADD has been holding a boarding protest on the platform at Seoul Station since 8:00 a.m. today.

They plan to get off at Dongdaemun Station, board another train, and get off at Seoul Station.

Seoul Metro announced, "Due to the rally and protest at Seoul Station, Line 1 outbound (toward Guro) and Line 4 inbound (toward Bulamsan) trains are currently passing the station without stopping, so please keep this in mind when using the subway."
