Capturing attention with its unique appearance, this dog's name is "Ginny Lou."

It claimed this year's title at the "World's Ugliest Dog Contest" held in California, USA.

Ginny Lou, aged 6, was rescued four years ago after being abandoned trapped in a wooden box in South Korea, and was later adopted to the U.S.

After competing in the contest four times, it finally took first place, also taking home a grand prize of about 7 million won in Korean currency.

The competition organizers stated that the event is held annually to spread the message that all rescue dogs, regardless of their appearance, deserve to be loved.
