At around 2:40 a.m. today (August 16), a fire broke out at a window manufacturing factory in Manse-gu, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province.

The fire completely destroyed a single-story factory building with a total floor area of 595 square meters.

Eleven foreign workers staying in the factory dormitory evacuated safely, resulting in no casualties.

Fire authorities fully extinguished the blaze after 5 hours and are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
