Having already secured three wins this season and leading the tour in multiple categories including wins, prize money, and Player of the Year points, Kim Min-sol has seized another opportunity to win.

After claiming sole possession of the lead by one stroke in the second round yesterday (August 14), Kim maintained her momentum today.

On the par-3 8th hole, she sank an 11-meter birdie putt directly into the cup, and added another birdie with a precise wedge shot on the 10th hole.

Although she allowed Choi Ye-rim to tie for the lead, Kim finished at the top for the second consecutive day and will vie for her fourth win of the season in tomorrow's final round.

Choi Ye-rim, who has accumulated 3 billion won in career prize earnings over 9 years since her debut on the regular tour but finished as runner-up nine times without a victory, surged with a 7-under-par round today to tie for the lead, setting up a challenge for her first career win.

Meanwhile, Choi Hye-jin also stood tied for second through the second round of the LPGA Tour's Portland Classic.
