Personal information of 180,000 current students, faculty members, and others at Sogang University has been leaked.

Sogang University announced today, "We have confirmed signs of a data leak involving integrated login account information due to an unidentified external attack."

The personal information leaked in this incident includes student ID numbers (or employee ID numbers), names, affiliations, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, and encrypted integrated passwords.

Sogang University explained that it took emergency measures after recognizing the incident, such as blocking the attacking IP addresses.
