At 4:49 a.m. today (August 13), a report was filed with the fire authorities stating that a person was trapped under a vehicle on a road in Dongjeong-dong, Uichang-gu, Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do.

The man in his 50s, identified as A, was found trapped under the undercarriage of a parked trailer truck and was transported to a hospital in a state of cardiac arrest, but ultimately died.

According to the police, Mr. A was identified as the owner of the trailer truck.

It was confirmed that the report was made by a coworker of Mr. A.

The police believe that Mr. A suffered the accident while attempting to repair the trailer truck himself, and are investigating the exact circumstances.
