Ahead of the August 17 national convention, Democratic Party leadership candidates Song Young-gil, Chung Chung-rae, and Kim Min-seok will hold a TV debate hosted by SBS today at 2:00 PM.

This debate is the final TV debate to be held while voting by regular party members in Honam and the metropolitan area—the most critical battlegrounds of the convention—is underway.

Following regional primaries in Honam, Seoul, and Gyeonggi Province this weekend, the Democratic Party will elect its new leadership at the national convention on the 17th.
