Hong Jin-ho revealed his changed appearance over the span of six months.

On the August 9 broadcast of SBS's Running Man, Hong Jin-ho and JiU appeared as guests.

During the episode, the Running Man cast drew attention by revealing that it was already Hong Jin-ho's 10th time appearing as a guest. Yu Jae-seok then asked Hong Jin-ho, "When you came out last time, you had lost a lot of weight. What happened?"

In response, Hong Jin-ho shared his recent updates over the past six months, saying, "Back then, I lost weight using Mounjaro, but after experiencing a severe yoyo effect, I am taking Mounjaro again."

Jee Seokjin then pointed out Hong Jin-ho's eyes and asked, "What happened to your eyes?" Hong Jin-ho caused laughter by explaining that the swelling is still going down following revision surgery for ptosis.

He also elicited envy from the singles by sharing that his daughter Jia is now 20 months old and he is spending busy days raising her.
