Upbound trains on Subway Line 1 have been bypassing Yongsan Station without stopping since 8:10 a.m. today (August 10) due to a subway boarding protest staged by the Solidarity Against Disability Discrimination (SADD).

The solidarity group has been holding boarding protests on the platforms of Hyehwa Station and Yongsan Station starting from 8:00 a.m. today.

Seoul Metro sent out a safety advisory text message stating, "Due to a rally and demonstration, upbound trains on Line 1 (bound for Seoul Station and Cheongnyangni Station) are currently bypassing Yongsan Station without stopping."
