People Power Party Representative Joo Jin-woo announced that circumstances have been confirmed where the National Election Commission falsely entered voter turnouts ahead of scheduled times during elections, including the June 3 local elections.

During a press conference at the National Assembly Communication Hall this morning, Representative Joo introduced a case of "election fraud," stating, "In the process of inputting hourly voter turnouts, the Election Commission falsely entered the number of voters more than an hour and 30 minutes in advance."

He pointed out, "Unless one rides a time machine, inputting future numbers in advance is impossible."

Representative Joo claimed that a comprehensive investigation into the hourly voter turnout input times by the Election Commission across the 2026 local elections, the 2025 presidential election, and the 2024 general election revealed such "time machine manipulated inputs" in 47 locations for the local elections, 26 for the presidential election, and 44 for the general election.

He added, "While manipulating and inputting future data, there were also numerous cases where zero voters were repeatedly recorded or identical numbers to other polling stations were entered."

Representative Joo emphasized, "While past irregularities occurred during the process of correcting erroneously entered data, this time machine manipulation is a planned fraud and illegality from the very beginning."

Addressing those who dismiss election fraud as a "conspiracy theory," he said, "Those who dismiss election fraud as a conspiracy theory by claiming it was a mere mistake rather than intentional are actually 'election fraud concealment advocates.' We must thoroughly investigate through an untainted special counsel and a parliamentary probe until the public can finally believe."
