A person in their 90s, identified as A, was found collapsed in front of a vinyl greenhouse on farmland in Hwaseong-myeon, Cheongyang-gun, South Chungcheong Province, at around 5:40 p.m. yesterday (August 7).

Police and fire authorities, who rushed to the scene following a report from A's son stating, "My father has collapsed," confirmed that A was already deceased at the scene.

With a heatwave warning in effect for Cheongyang that day, police believe A collapsed while working inside the vinyl greenhouse and are currently investigating the exact cause of death and the circumstances surrounding the incident, including whether it was a heat-related illness.
