Kakao's labor and management announced on August 7 that this year's wage agreement was finalized following a union member ratification vote.

The agreement includes a 6.3% increase based on the total annual salary pool and the payment of a 3 million won special incentive bonus.

A Kakao official stated, "We plan to faithfully implement the agreement reached in these negotiations and work together to foster sustainable growth and create a work environment where employees can focus more on their duties."
