A woman has been apprehended by police after attempting to damage the glass entrance of YG Entertainment's new office building with a golf club.

According to police on August 7, the Seoul Mapo Police Station arrested a woman in her 20s, identified as A, at the scene in front of the new YG office building in Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, at around 9:00 PM on August 6.

A is facing charges of causing a disturbance, including striking the glass entrance of the YG office building with a golf club.

Footage capturing the situation at the time of the incident shows A running toward the YG office building with a golf club in her right hand and striking the entrance several times.

A continued to raise the golf club and attempt to pound on the door, but she was restrained by a nearby man and subsequently taken into custody by dispatched police officers.

Police plan to investigate A to determine the specific circumstances surrounding the incident.
