A blackout occurred at an apartment complex in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, at around 8:00 PM yesterday (August 6).

With the power supply cut off amid tropical nights, residents of about 560 households across three buildings are experiencing inconvenience.

The Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) stated, "We believe that water leaked from the rooftop water reservoir and damaged the electrical facilities in the basement," adding that they are currently restoring power.
