On the morning of the 5th, a press conference for the new Netflix series "Our Sticky Love" (written by Mo Ji-hye, directed by Kim Jang-han) was held at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Director Kim Jang-han along with actors Jung Hae-in, Hayoung, and Heo Sung-tae attended the event to talk about the project.

"Our Sticky Love" is a romantic comedy depicting the heart-fluttering cohabitation of Ko Eun-sae (played by Hayoung), an elite prosecutor suffering from amnesia, and Jang Tae-ha (played by Jung Hae-in), a boxing coach who insists he is her boyfriend. In the series, Jung Hae-in plays the somewhat suspicious boxing coach Jang Tae-ha. He is a character who begins a life-risking lie when he meets his First Love, Ko Eun-sae, during his final mission before leaving his organization.

Regarding his character, Jung Hae-in stated, "He is the absolute epitome of a devoted lover among all the roles I have played. He is the ultimate romantic pure-hearted man who can even risk his life for the person he loves." He added, "Since Tae-ha has never been in a relationship before, he is a bit awkward and clumsy when dealing with the woman he likes. I found that charming as well."

He also shared behind-the-scenes stories about acting as someone with no dating experience. Jung Hae-in explained, "I went to an all-boys middle school and all-boys high school, and went straight to the military after finishing my first year of university. Looking back, while I haven't never dated, I don't have a lot of dating experience either. I excluded my own colors and focused on Tae-ha's narrative." He further revealed, "The director saw my usual clumsy and goofy sides and told me to just act naturally. So I didn't have much difficulty during filming."

Director Kim Jang-han, who is in charge of directing, praised him immensely, saying, "Casting actor Jung Hae-in was my first choice. You could say the drama starts right from there. Any director would choose him without hesitation. His upright and masculine image matched Jang Tae-ha well, and since his core self is naturally lovely during the clumsy yet cute romantic comedy moments, I asked him to cast without any hesitation."

The twist charm that oscillates between romantic comedy and noir is also a key point to watch. Jung Hae-in expressed confidence, saying, "When filming with actress Hayoung, it was a romantic comedy, but when filming with senior Heo Sung-tae, it was noir. It felt like shooting two or three genres within a single project. It has a different vibe from "D.P.", and the pacing is so fast that viewers will be immersed without a moment to get bored."

Lastly, Jung Hae-in asked for viewers' anticipation, stating, "Our drama is a project filled with the 'romance' that the world needs more of."

"Our Sticky Love" has a total of 12 episodes and will be released on Netflix on the 7th.
