The film "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" has maintained its position at the top of the box office for 7 consecutive days, cruising smoothly toward the 5 million audience mark.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated ticketing network on the 5th, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" attracted 348,262 moviegoers nationwide on the 4th, bringing its cumulative audience to 4,134,163.

Surpassing 3 million viewers in just 5 days and 4 million in 7 days, marking the fastest box office momentum among films released this year, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" goes head-to-head with its formidable competitor "Odyssey" starting today (the 5th). Although trailing in advance ticket reservation rates and volume, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" plans to defend its number-one spot through strong word of mouth.

"Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is an action blockbuster in which Peter Parker (Tom Holland), forgotten by everyone due to the events of "Spider-Man: No Way Home," faces deeper chaos with the appearance of a mysterious enemy who remembers his identity and the acquisition of uncontrollable powers due to DNA mutation, as he fights against new threats to protect those dear to him.

Meanwhile, the film "Hope" attracted 61,228 viewers on the same day, maintaining the number two spot at the box office with a cumulative audience of 4,235,700. Despite the strong momentum of "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," it continues to draw 60,000 viewers for two consecutive days, showing late-stage stamina to surpass its break-even point (approximately 5 million viewers).
