The "Recommendation" service introduced by Albamon last year has partially suspended its operations following mounting controversy.

The "Recommendation" feature allows business owners to evaluate the working period, work ability, and other aspects of former part-time employees, and directly write reasons for their recommendation.

Although it was introduced to assist with hiring, criticism continued to grow as it allegedly turned into a backdoor channel for leaving negative evaluations, such as attendance issues or workplace conflicts.

Online concerns emerged, with users stating, "It is difficult to verify even if malicious reviews are left about part-time workers who fought over wage payment issues," and "One-sided reputations could become a blacklist that blocks employment."

As the controversy grew, Albamon suspended the subjective recommendation review operation and switched all previously written content to private.
