A large sinkhole appeared in the middle of a road.

A woman walks up to the edge and peers inside.

At that moment, the ground beneath her feet collapses, and she falls straight into the hole.

This accident occurred in the state of Paraná, Brazil.

Reports indicate that a water supply pipe buried beneath the road ruptured, causing the ground to collapse from the inside out.

Two nearby citizens immediately stepped in to help rescue her, but as the weakened ground gave way again, they too fell into the pit.

Fortunately, all three people were safely rescued. Local authorities are urgently repairing the damaged water pipe and investigating the exact cause of the accident.
