Ahead of the Democratic Party's national convention on August 17, candidates for the party's supreme council held a televised debate this afternoon (August 3). A total of eight supreme council candidates—Han Min-soo, Lim Mi-ae, Kim Yong, Seo Mi-hwa, Park Sun-won, Choi Min-hee, Lee Seong-yun, and Kim Young-ho—gathered to discuss topics such as addressing polarization and the wealth gap in the AI era, and the alienation of young people from the Democratic Party.
