A man in his 20s has been arrested by police for forcibly groping a woman he met on a random chat website.

The Incheon Jemulpo Police Station announced today (August 3) that it has apprehended and is currently investigating a man in his 20s, referred to as A, on charges of forcible indecency.

A is accused of groping the female victim against her will at an accommodation in Jemulpo-gu at around 4:00 PM on July 30.

Police who were dispatched following a report of sexual harassment separated A from the female victim and brought A to the police station under voluntary accompaniment for questioning.

Police, who have booked A without detention, plan to summon the victim soon to determine the exact circumstances of the incident.
