The movie 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' has claimed the number one spot at the box office for the second consecutive day.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated ticketing computer network on the 31st, 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' attracted 441,554 moviegoers nationwide on the 30th. Its cumulative audience stands at 1,131,222.

After drawing 680,000 viewers on its opening day and recording the highest opening score among films released this year, 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' successfully surpassed the 1-million mark in just two days, maintaining its strong momentum.

With the arrival of 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day', 'HOPE', which had been holding the top box office spot, dropped to second place. On the 30th, it managed to gather only 67,626 daily viewers, marking its lowest performance since its release. Its cumulative audience is 3,774,776. 'HOPE' aims to break the 4-million viewer mark this weekend. However, given the fierce upward trend of 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day', it is expected to face a somewhat challenging weekend.
