Around 11:00 AM on June 11, an emergency report was filed stating that a person armed with a weapon was spotted on a road near a park in Nam-gu, Gwangju.

The man stopped his car in the middle of an intersection and continued to exhibit bizarre behavior, such as dancing with a weapon in hand and screaming. He even attempted to bash his head against passing vehicles and threatened drivers by brandishing the weapon.

Police, who were urgently dispatched to the scene, crept up behind the screaming man and swiftly snatched the weapons from both of his hands.
