A 25-ton trailer attempting to make a right turn overturned on a national highway in Baeksan-myeon, Gimje, North Jeolla Province, at 8:49 a.m. today (July 29).

The driver of the trailer was injured in the accident and transported to a hospital.

In addition, lumber inside the trailer spilled onto the road, causing traffic congestion.

Police have restricted one of the two lanes and are handling the accident, including clearing the debris from the road.

A police official stated, "It is expected to take another 3 to 4 hours to clear the accident site."
