Police are investigating an accident in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, where a van plunged off a bridge, resulting in the death of the driver.

According to police and fire authorities today (July 28), the crashed van was found under the Chasan 1 Bridge in Namyangju at 7:23 a.m. the previous day.

Fire authorities discovered the driver, a man in his 50s identified as A, inside the vehicle, but he was already dead.

Police are investigating the cause of the vehicle's fall.
