Police have launched an investigation after a body, estimated to be a man in his 70s, was found in the Geumho River under Ayang Bridge in Dong-gu, Daegu, at around 5:00 PM yesterday (July 27).

The person who reported the incident reportedly called 112, stating, "There is an object that looks like a body."

Police stated that they are verifying the exact circumstances at the scene.
