SK Hynix has been chosen as the company university students most want to work for for the second consecutive year.

Incruit announced today (June 28) that the results were based on a survey of 1,811 university students nationwide regarding the "2026 Companies University Students Want to Work For."

The survey was conducted from May 4 to June 19, targeting a total of 150 companies, including affiliates of the top 20 business groups designated by the Fair Trade Commission and top market capitalization companies.

SK Hynix claimed the top spot for the second consecutive year following last year, receiving 14.2% of the votes.

The most common reason for choosing SK Hynix was "satisfactory salary and compensation systems" (57.0%).


In second place was Samsung Electronics (8.0%), rising one notch from last year.

The reason for choosing Samsung Electronics also saw "satisfactory salary and compensation systems" (37.2%) account for the highest proportion.

In third place was CJ OliveYoung (6.6%), which was included in the survey subjects for the first time this year.

It was followed by Naver (5.1%), Samsung Biologics (3.6%), CJ ENM (2.7%), Hyundai Motor (2.6%), Kakao (2.0%), CJ CheilJedang (1.8%), and Samsung C&T (1.7%).

Incruit analyzed that "preferences for semiconductor companies such as SK Hynix and Samsung Electronics became prominent as expectations for performance-based bonuses increased amid favorable semiconductor market conditions."
