At 12:54 PM on the 24th, a cafeteria worker in her 60s, identified as A, fell down a food elevator shaft along with a cart at a hospital in Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province.

A was transported to the hospital following the accident but ultimately passed away.

Police believe that the elevator doors opened before the car had arrived, and that A fell down the shaft with the cart while attempting to push it inside.
