At around 4:40 p.m. today (July 26), a teenage male suffered a jellyfish sting on his foot at Sinheung Beach in Jocheon-eup, Jeju City, and showed symptoms of paralysis.

Shortly after, at around 5:11 p.m., a report was received that a teenage female had been stung by a jellyfish at Pyeongdae Beach in Gujwa-eup, Jeju City.

It was reported that both individuals' symptoms improved after receiving emergency treatment at the scene and they were not transported to a hospital.
