Hitting his first home run in 32 days along with a multi-hit game, he recaptured the .300 batting average milestone.

Having seen his season batting average drop to the .290s yesterday (July 25), Lee appeared determined as he delivered a powerful blow in the third inning against the Los Angeles Angels.

With two outs and runners on first and second, he hammered an inside breaking ball to launch a three-run shot just over the right-field wall.

Restarting his home run production after 32 days to record his sixth home run of the season, Lee also reached the milestone of 100 career RBIs in the big leagues.

Lee added a double to right field in the fifth inning, raising his batting average back up to .302.

Lee's right-field defense also shone.

In the fourth inning, he crashed into the fence to catch an extra-base hit, and in the sixth inning, he threw out a runner advancing from first to third on a single to right with a flawless one-bounce throw, leading his team to a second consecutive victory.
