An appellate retrial has ruled that SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, 65, must pay 944 billion won to Art Center Nabi Director Roh Soh-yeong, 65, in property division.

The 1st Family Division of the Seoul High Court, presided over by Senior Judge Lee Sang-joo, handed down the ruling during the retrial hearing for their property division lawsuit held at 2:00 PM today (July 24).

The court did not provide an explanation for the ruling in the courtroom.

However, given the amount, it appears that the court determined the SK shares held by Chairman Chey to be subject to division.
