Heavy muddy water suddenly rushed onto a previously normal road in Neijiang, Sichuan Province, China.

In an instant, water rushed into not only the roads but also shops and homes, causing residents to hurriedly evacuate.

At the time, no rain had fallen in the area, but a sudden massive amount of water engulfed the urban district, submerging various places.

Muddy water poured into parked vehicles on the road and inside shops, and startled residents had to rush to higher ground.

Local authorities believe the flooding occurred after a levee at a nearby fish farm collapsed and are investigating the exact circumstances.
