The plan is to create a "24-hour Hangang River" by connecting mobility, leisure, water play, food, performances, movies, and camping.

A prime example is "Hangang Bamping," temporary campsites set up with 100 tents each in the Yeouido and Ttukseom Hangang Parks, totaling 200 tents.

They will operate by advance reservation from August 1 to August 30, daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next morning.

While the site usage fee is free, renting a tent incurs a charge, and consecutive-night stays and cooking are restricted.
