At around 8:30 AM today (July 23), a fire presumed to be caused by an explosion broke out inside the management office of an apartment complex in Sadong, Gyeongsan, North Gyeongsang Province.

It has been confirmed that eight people, including residents, were injured in the accident.

Police and Gyeongsan City authorities suspect that the explosion occurred while multiple apartment management office personnel were gathered together.

Once firefighting operations are completed, police plan to investigate the exact cause of the accident by questioning individuals who were present at the scene.
