Singer and Apink member Jung Eun-ji is returning with a new mini album filled with summer emotions after about six years.

On the 22nd, her agency Billions released the coming-soon image for Jung Eun-ji's fifth mini album, "Summer, I," through its official social media, officially announcing her comeback for August 11 at 6 PM.

The revealed coming-soon image features Polaroid photos and handwritten notes arranged against a vintage file index design, creating an atmosphere that feels like recording memories of mid-summer. In particular, the photo of two hands reaching out over blue waves adds a refreshing yet nostalgic emotion, raising anticipation for the summer story that the new album will tell.

"Summer, I" is Jung Eun-ji's first solo album in about three years and nine months, following her remake album "log" released in November 2022. As a mini album, it marks her return in about six years and one month since "Simple," released in July 2020, expected to be welcome news for fans who have waited a long time for her new mini album.

Jung Eun-ji has steadily built her own musical world as a solo artist. Starting her solo career with her first mini album "Dream" in 2016, she has been loved for showing outstanding vocal skills, warm tone, and delicate emotions through "The Space", "Hyehwa", and "Simple".

Last year, she released the digital single "Today is my birthday", in which she directly participated in lyrics and composition, and in February of this year, she continued her musical activities by reinterpreting "Parrot", loved as an OST for the drama "Princess Hours", with her own sensibility. Attention is gathering on what new musical colors she will show through this new release.

Active not only as a singer but also as an actor, Jung Eun-ji has expanded her range of activities by proving her stable acting skills through various works such as "Reply 1997", "Work Later, Drink Now", "Miss Night and Day", and "Pump Up the Healthy Love".

Meanwhile, following the release of her new album, Jung Eun-ji plans to continue active musical activities spanning domestic and international stages, including appearing at the "HER VOICE" concert held at the Kaohsiung Arena in Taiwan on September 5.
