A sinkhole has occurred on a road in Incheon, prompting authorities to begin cleanup operations.

A report of the ground collapse was received at approximately 4:40 p.m. today (July 21) in Bangchuk-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.

Fire authorities have cordoned off the nearby road and are continuing safety measures.

The Gyeyang-gu Office issued an advisory stating, "Vehicles and pedestrians should detour, and nearby residents are urged to take extra caution for their safety."
