Broadcaster and webtoon artist Kian84 is expanding his musical career with the release of his first duet song, "Chicken and Her," in collaboration with Kangnam.

Kian84 will release the collaboration single "Chicken and Her" through various online music platforms at 6:00 p.m. today. The two previously drew attention after singing Japanese singer Miki Matsubara's "Stay With Me" together on Kangnam's YouTube channel, "Neighborhood Friend Kangnami." The video garnered over 7 million views, highlighting the pair's unexpected musical chemistry.

Encouraged by this positive response, "Chicken and Her" was created as an official duet. Kian84 participated in writing the lyrics, while Kangnam handled the production and composition. The song is a city pop track infused with retro sensibilities, blending a cheerful sound and refreshing atmosphere with memories of youth.

Kian84 has been steadily broadening his activities in the music scene recently. In 2024, he demonstrated his potential as a singer-songwriter through the MBC variety show "Music Adventure," releasing tracks such as "Dandelion," which he wrote and composed himself, as well as "Tornado" and "Like a Friend," a collaboration with Pani Bottle and Yoo Teo.

Meanwhile, Kian84 is active in various variety programs, including the Netflix series "Kian's Bizarre B&B," and MBC's "Extreme 84" and "I Live Alone," while continuing to communicate with viewers through his YouTube channel, "Life84."
