A man in his 40s has been arrested for threatening a pest control worker with a weapon, claiming the sound of a neighbor's doorbell was too loud.
The Seoul Gangseo Police Station announced today (July 15) that it has arrested the man, identified as A, on charges of special intimidation and is currently investigating the case.
A is accused of coming out with a weapon and threatening the pest control worker at around 10:00 a.m. today, complaining that it was "noisy" when the worker rang the doorbell of a neighboring unit.
Police arrived at the scene following a report from the pest control worker and arrested A.
The police are currently investigating the specific circumstances surrounding the incident.
